For all orders less than $75, there is a flat-rate shipping fee of $9.95* Items that are heavy or large, have an oversize shipping surcharge of $5, 10  $15, or $20, in addition to standard delivery and processing charges.

Returns: We currently offer free returns within 45 days on most items

If you don't absolutely love your new Umbra items, send them back within 45 days from your order date for a refund or a store credit.

Oversized Items

  • We accept returns of oversized items (large mirrors, coat racks, coffee tables, side tables, and other select items) within 45 days of delivery, subject to a restocking fee of 15% of item total.

Rain is easy to refill with a twist-off plug (plug closing off the opening to soap reservoir) that also works as a little catching dish for excess soap. The soap pump sensor is under the arch, making it easy to slide your hand or a dish scrubby underneath the arch shape. The innovative sensor pump technology automatically dispenses a fixed amount of liquid soap – not too much, not too little - helping reduce waste and saving you money on supply costs. Operating on four AAA batteries (not included), Rain measures 5.88 x 5 x 9.38" (15 x 13 x 24 cm). Dual LED indicator signals power on/off, in-use, and low battery. If you find the brand of soap you have purchased is too thick, try adding some water to thin it out. Rain Automatic Soap Pump is not recommended for use with foaming, granular or thick gel-based soap or sanitizer. Made with recycled plastics.
